Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, preferably within eCommerce and subscription businesses. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with experience working with technical teams and providing business requirements. Proven experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns, strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty and retention reporting, and familiarity with loyalty and referral platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools are also required. The ideal candidate is a creative, resourceful problem solver passionate about driving customer loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Loyalty Program will support the Director of Loyalty Marketing in developing and executing the loyalty roadmap to drive customer retention and engagement. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, oversee briefing, project management, and deployment of campaigns, and lead Nutrafol’s referral program. Responsibilities also include assisting in the implementation and optimization of automated loyalty initiatives, monitoring and analyzing loyalty KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations, supporting vendor relationships, and contributing to the testing and optimization of loyalty tools, automation, and personalization strategies. The role also involves staying current on industry trends and competitive loyalty programs.
