Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams are also necessary. Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Manager will drive the operational efficiency of the commercial organization by managing the sales pipeline, ensuring CRM hygiene, stage progression, and forecasting accuracy. This role involves partnering with business development, programs, production, and finance to ensure smooth handoffs and visibility. Responsibilities include standardizing sales processes for qualification, pursuit, and capture, and developing dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for leadership. The manager will also develop market maps, provide sales enablement tools and training, and structure and execute solutions for complex problems.
