Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in workforce management, volume forecasting, and headcount planning in a multi-channel, multi-skill, high-growth environment, with at least 2 years of experience forecasting support needs driven by the B2B sales lifecycle. Proficiency in SQL, WFM software (like CCForecast, Assembled, Calabrio, NICE, or Verint), and contact center/BI technologies (Zendesk, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake) is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The Forecasting Analyst will create forecasts for all support channels across all lines of business and markets, and assist with short-term and long-term capacity planning by translating forecasted volumes into actionable staffing requirements to meet service levels and optimize resource utilization. This role involves conducting what-if analysis, analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, communicating key insights to stakeholders, and using business intelligence tools to create visualizations and reports for decision-making. The analyst will also prepare executive-level reports and presentations on forecast accuracy, trends, and resource requirements, providing regular updates to senior leadership on performance, insights, and potential risks.
