Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to support our Fitness & Wellbeing product line in Australia. This high-impact individual contributor role focuses on overall business accountability, including reporting, commission execution, and retention visibility. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for improvement across the entire revenue process. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams, and work closely with the broader RevOps organization in the US and UK. As the product line grows, there will be opportunities for expanded scope and strategic ownership of the Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.


Responsibilities

  • Own Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting across Customer Success (CS) and Sales, with a focus on retention, pipeline health, and legacy software migration tracking.
  • Commission Execution: Support the execution and tracking of Account Management compensation plans.
  • Business Requirements: Define and communicate business requirements for Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft in partnership with the Salesforce/IT team.
  • Migration & Risk Management: Build visibility into back-book migration and risk management processes.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment and reporting consistency.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to scalable RevOps processes as the product line grows.

Qualifications

What would make me a good candidate?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations.
  • Strong experience in CS Ops and retention-focused reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft as a business user or analyst.
  • Proven ability to define and communicate clear business requirements.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with global teams.
  • Must be based in Australia and possess full working rights.

Bonus:

  • Experience with compensation plan execution and customer migration initiatives.
