Requirements

Candidates should possess an excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, 5+ years of experience as an engineer in revenue operations or business operations (ideally in B2B SaaS), proficiency with GTM technology stacks including CRM systems, billing tools, and integration platforms, experience with API integrations and data modeling, and a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Engineer will design and scale enterprise-quality GTM technology to impact sales efficiency and company revenue recognition through automations and enhancements, implement change control to adapt systems for integration initiatives, own technical escalations with a focus on scalable business solutions, work with stakeholders to review requirements and architecture of sales, marketing, and customer success functions, ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms, develop advanced analytics reports to measure system performance, and maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture, workflows, and engineering.
