Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote Base Pay Range: $174,400 - $239,800 (Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation)


Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, outcomes-driven Manager, Revenue Systems to lead the launch and adoption of revenue tools and capabilities across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role is critical at the intersection of business systems, sales, and revenue operations, focusing on deploying features that drive measurable value. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue leadership, as well as end users across Sales, Success, and Marketing, to prioritize initiatives, launch new capabilities in tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, and ensure they deliver tangible business outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong enterprise mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling sales teams through technology.

This position reports into our Sr. Director, Revenue Technology & Process and can be based remotely within the U.S. Occasional travel for key meetings and on-sites may be required. We are looking to fill this position immediately.


Responsibilities

  • Own the launch and adoption of new features and tools across the revenue systems stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach).
  • Drive value realization by ensuring systems are aligned with business needs and deliver tangible outcomes (e.g., improved productivity, pipeline conversion).
  • Partner with sales leaders and end users to prioritize initiatives that have a significant impact.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between GTM stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective systems solutions.
  • Monitor adoption and usage trends, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management, communications, and training for revenue systems updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Enablement, and IT to execute high-impact programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue systems, RevOps, or business systems within enterprise software environments.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach (hands-on experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong track record of launching and scaling GTM systems with demonstrable business impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with sales representatives, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on the impact of systems initiatives.
  • User-first mentality with a passion for driving adoption and achieving results.
