Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in business, health administration, or public policy, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare business. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential, including experience with complex data sets, creating standardized tools and reports, and utilizing advanced formulas like Index/Match and XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macros. Strong Google Slides skills, including storyboarding and translating complex analyses into engaging executive-level materials, are also required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in complex stakeholder management, are necessary. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the Medicare Shared Savings Program and other healthcare business models, a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, and experience explaining complex business concepts to decision-makers. Experience with Google Suite, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com is preferred. The role requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods, extensive computer and keyboard use, and occasional walking and lifting, with up to 10% travel required.
The Revenue Management Specialist will support Aledade's ABCOT initiative and MSSP ACO portfolio composition by analyzing MSSP data to identify ABCOT candidates and optimize ACO composition. They will identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with non-primary care services and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and present ABCOT solutions. The Specialist will manage and contribute to ABCOT and ACO composition projects by tracking key metrics, supporting dashboard implementation, and preparing reports for leadership. They will also leverage analytics to optimize practice placement within groups to increase shared savings and deliver analytics and visual materials for various communications, including departmental updates and practice presentations.
