Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of healthcare implementation or configuration experience preferred, and a clinical or technology background is desirable. Strong client presentation skills, project management experience, and the ability to quickly learn new information are also required.
The Implementation Consultant will implement Altera software at client sites, perform system configuration tasks, provide workflow consultation and guidance to clients, identify and resolve system and workflow issues, provide activation support, meet client utilization targets, set appropriate expectations with clients, and act as the client advocate throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves up to 80% travel to client sites, potentially requiring after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays, and adherence to a standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
