Responsibilities

As a Retail Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory of retail accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and ACE, and driving top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals. This includes analyzing sales data, developing individualized store and territory sales plans, executing national event activations, and implementing overdrive strategies. You will also engage with Store and District Key Decision Makers, partner with retail service partners, leverage sales enablement tools, manage inventory, and establish relationships with professional end-users (Pro) through product and service solutions, including job site visits and product training.
