The Outside Account Manager will manage assigned portfolios to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals, assist dealers in maximizing program financial opportunities through customized action plans, drive service advisor effectiveness, train, and implement retail strategies, collaborate with dealer stakeholders on product screens and pricing, develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers, manage all activity tracking in Salesforce, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and share best practices. They will also meet physical job requirements including standing for extended periods, frequent bending and lifting, and extensive driving and travel.
