  • Acquire deep knowledge of key metrics and reporting for club and department performance to drive profitability

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club
  • Drive club performance by maintaining policies and procedures and delivering positive service to members
  • Act as a key holder for the club
  • Function as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, managing the entire club, all departments, member engagement, addressing concerns, and escalating as appropriate
  • Support team member engagement, policy/procedure application, and compliance
  • Lead with team member and member in mind to address and escalate concerns
  • Acknowledge team member success, work collaboratively to achieve goals, and identify/retain top talent
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for members
  • Provide team support to resolve every member concern
