Responsibilities

The Retail Strategy Director will develop compelling retail strategy by leveraging commercial, shopper, ecommerce, and category data to uncover insights, write exceptional, insight-led creative briefs, communicate and present strategically, understand the retail landscape deeply across various channels and formats, analyze the competitive landscape, partner with clients on promotional strategy, develop trusted relationships with retail and marketing clients, bring agility across retail categories, identify and activate business growth opportunities, and understand the importance around retail and shopper relationships.
