They will plan and organize 30-day schedules, strategically leverage teammates to meet brand standards and execute daily assignments, assist with training teammates on company procedures, and maintain company loss prevention standards. Additionally, the Lead will uphold company merchandising standards, prioritize coaching and developing teammates, and create an inclusive store environment.
