Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on enterprise sales and preferably experience selling to the public sector. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
The Director of Sales, SLED will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate SLED vertical accounts, build and lead a team of public sector focused sales representatives, establish scalable sales processes and best practices, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, lead the development of business cases and proposals, and stay up to date with trends and policy changes within the SLED sector.
