Keeper Security is hiring a Director of Sales, SLED (State, Local, and Education) to support the Vice President of Sales, Americas and to drive revenue growth within the SLED vertical. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago. Requirements

  • Seasoned sales leader with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Expertise in the SLED (State, Local, and Education) vertical
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
  • Understanding of customer needs, regulatory requirements, and procurement processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate SLED vertical accounts
  • Build and lead a team of public sector focused sales representatives
  • Lead, train, and inspire the sales team
  • Establish and maintain scalable sales processes and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state and local government agencies and educational institutions
  • Develop business cases, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to the SLED market
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, policy changes, and new opportunities in the SLED sector
  • Partner with Keeper’s channel team to develop and maintain relationships
