Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by assisting with cashier duties, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment. They will maintain store standards through stocking, merchandising, and e-commerce operations, recover the store to maintain cleanliness, and complete various operational projects and tasks. Additionally, the role involves educating and enrolling customers into the Gopuff App and BevMo!’s ClubBev Program, picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving product from vendors, ensuring accuracy, managing waste, and re-shelving canceled orders promptly.
