Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE platform in Stock Plan Administration at a global, publicly traded technology company, demonstrating a history of growing responsibilities. Expertise in Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP programs is essential, along with a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level III designation. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail are required. The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, maintain composure under pressure, and take initiative is crucial. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, adept at finding solutions, skilled in public speaking and presentations, and proficient in EEO reports and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions. Experience with Google Workspace is also necessary.
The Senior Stock Administrator will manage complex global equity programs across more than 60 countries, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements. This includes supporting the day-to-day administration of equity programs, processing awards, exercises, terminations, and modifications, and maintaining data accuracy in the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE database. The role involves leading compliance and reporting efforts, responding to employee inquiries with excellent service, and developing and delivering employee training and communications. Responsibilities also include supporting ESPP administration, generating reports, managing SOX procedures, handling confidential information with integrity, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. A working knowledge of accounting rules for stock-based compensation (ASC-718) is expected.
