The Opportunity

This Sales Representative position is for the Established Pharmaceuticals division, which is committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world's fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of differentiated, high-quality branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardio-metabolics, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As a Sales Representative, you will generate demand through prescription acquisition and ensure product availability in pharmacies for dispensing, offering the best customer service to achieve your annual sales targets for the assigned brands in your therapeutic area portfolio.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales quotas for promoted products and drive market growth and share.
  2. Conduct proper targeting to ensure a physician list of the most productive doctors in your territory.
  3. Maintain the required visit frequency with your physicians and pharmacies.
  4. Achieve product positioning in the physician's mind and work with pharmacists to ensure correct stock availability at the point of sale.
  5. Administration and control of resources, particularly medical sample control.
  6. Self-learning and training, including audits, sales skills, and medical topics related to your brands.
  7. Meet Medical Visit objectives (KPIs), including total coverage of the physician list, 95% visit frequency, and accurate customer valuation within the list, making sound decisions on adding or removing customers.

You will report directly to the District Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative, Chemical-Biological, or Humanities areas.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficiency in Productivity Indicators and territory planning.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, managing basic product lists, territory management, and pharmaceutical products.
  • Availability to travel to surrounding areas.
