As a Virtual Pharmacy Sales Specialist in our US Hospital Products division, you will represent Baxter and our products with pride. Your deep understanding of our disposables and premix products, coupled with your belief in their value and quality for patients, will fuel your confidence. You will build trust and establish strong relationships with hospital pharmacy departments, nursing, supply chain, and other hospital departments. As the primary connection to healthcare professionals, you will be the face and voice of our solutions, enjoying the collaboration between internal and external teams to drive business results. Responsibilities

  • Driving all new business sales activities in designated accounts within an assigned Territory, with a primary focus on the Hospital Pharmacy department.
  • Successful execution of the geographic sales plan for sustained growth and enhanced market penetration.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, including:
    • Identifying and developing clinician champions.
    • Completing product evaluations.
    • Generating area sales analysis and forecasting.
    • Developing your sales funnel through preparation, negotiation, and finalization of deals.
    • Execution of all PO commitments.
  • Assisting with all aspects of the Company product and sales planning processes, marketing activities, sales tools, and business strategies.
  • Soliciting, developing, and maintaining successful relationships with key healthcare opinion leaders in the assigned sales geography.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred track record of success in meeting both customer needs and corporate sales objectives.
  • Preferred clinical or science background.
  • Must be highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team culture.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Travel

  • 15% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas, either individually or with other personnel.

Compensation

  • The estimated pay range for this position is $56,000 to $77,000 annually. This range reflects an anticipated salary, and actual pay may vary based on market data and other factors.
