The Opportunity

This position is located in Toluca within the Established Pharmaceuticals Division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world's fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of differentiated, high-quality branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to ensure sales results through medical promotion with the appropriate use of tools and the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement company-established strategies to generate sales objectives through appropriate product promotion and the use of available tools for demand generation.
  • Maximize territory potential based on contributions from defining appropriate targeting of the medical universe, based on available audit reports.
  • Work in hospitals, nurseries, pharmacies, self-service stores, price clubs, medical congresses, and participate in medical associations.
  • Expand the market by capturing new patients through in-hospital work.
  • Apply selling skills to detect communication styles and physician needs to deliver a clear product message and establish prescription commitments with physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret market indicators to generate action plans for meeting sales quotas.
  • Strict control and administration of product delivery for professional evaluation (medical samples).
  • You will report directly to the District Manager.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economic-Administrative, Chemical-Biological, or Humanities areas.
  • Language: Intermediate English.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Management of Productivity Indicators and Territory Planning.
  • Territories: Toluca, Metepec, Zinacatepec, and Atlacomulco.
