As a Sales Representative, you will generate demand through prescription acquisition and ensure product availability in pharmacies for dispensing. You will provide excellent customer service to achieve annual sales targets for assigned brands within your therapeutic area portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas for promoted products and drive market growth and share.
  • Execute proper targeting processes to ensure a database of the most productive physicians in your territory.
  • Maintain the required visit frequency with physicians and pharmacies.
  • Position products effectively in the minds of physicians and work with pharmacists to ensure adequate stock at the point of sale.
  • Manage and control resources, particularly medical samples.
  • Engage in self-learning and training, including audits, sales skills, and medical topics related to your brands.
  • Meet Medical Visit objectives (KPIs), ensuring total coverage of the physician database, 95% visit frequency, and accurate customer assessment within the database, making sound decisions on adding or removing physicians.
  • You will report directly to the District Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative, Chemical-Biological, or Humanities fields.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with productivity indicators and territory planning.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including managing basic formularies, territory management, and pharmaceutical products.
  • Availability to travel to surrounding areas.
