The Associate Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understand and promote Baxter’s surgical product portfolio, including hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, communicate case outcomes and opportunities to regional management, troubleshoot in-place equipment, conduct in-servicing, ensure on-label product usage, and collaborate with team members to achieve financial goals and quotas while understanding the industry and marketplace.
