Candidates should have a proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role, preferably within SaaS or security sales. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in consulting or account management, particularly in cybersecurity, is required. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, strong communication and negotiation skills, technical aptitude, and excellent time management are also essential. A curious nature and a desire to learn are preferred.
The Renewals Account Manager will manage the contract renewal cycle, provide quotes to channel partners, and ensure timely delivery to end customers. They will consult with partners and customers to address questions, manage the booking process, and communicate the value of CrowdStrike products to drive revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with Account Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience and proactively driving on-time renewals and ARR growth.
