Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and have at least 3 years of project coordination experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly intermediate to expert level Excel and Word, is required. Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and MRP fundamentals is preferred. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of ERP systems like Epicor, are essential. Experience in a wood/metal manufacturing environment is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, vendor coordination, process coordination, a sense of urgency, intuition, continuous improvement, problem-solving abilities, and unparalleled customer service focus are critical.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring cost savings. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing customer accounts, maintaining ERP systems with project information, monitoring timelines, assisting with manufacturing and shipping schedules, and providing shipping details. The role involves reacting to issues promptly, partnering with production to meet delivery dates, capturing and inputting sales orders, participating in production meetings, expediting projects, and coordinating shipments. Additionally, the position requires developing technical skills, maintaining project schedules, providing customer service and sales support, performing quantity take-offs, managing inventory reports, developing cost proposals, uploading field reports, and maintaining finished goods inventory.
