The I-9 Administrator will conduct video calls with client employees to verify employment eligibility documents for accuracy and legitimacy, entering and uploading document information into Experian's I-9 systems. They will act as an expert in Form I-9/E-Verify procedures, guiding clients and employees through the process, responding to inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with functional units and clients to ensure compliance and provide exceptional customer service.
