Requirements

Candidates should possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Space Planning, with over 5 years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy, and space planning. Required skills include knowledge of CAFM Systems, Tableau, and AutoCAD, proficiency in Google Sheets for advanced data manipulation and analysis, strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design, and expertise in space management, planning, and analysis concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Occupancy Planner will identify, validate, and forecast workspace needs, including utilization, headcount growth, and department allocations. They will liaise with leadership to meet business allocation and adjacency needs, develop occupancy analysis reporting, and design strategic move scenarios and stack and block plans. This role involves managing and enhancing the GREWS Utilization dashboard in Tableau, developing and documenting space planning processes, managing existing space configurations, and overseeing physical and occupancy audits, including updating CAD drawings.
