The Payer Relationship Manager will act as the primary link between Alma's health insurance partners and internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with payer contacts and working cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to balance payer and internal needs, ensuring the success of partnerships.
