As a Payer Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for network & operations partners at assigned payer accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. You will support internal teams in prioritizing, escalating, and resolving operational issues with payer partners, maintain a comprehensive understanding of each payer relationship, coordinate and manage regular partnership calls, drive projects within the Payer Success team to develop scalable processes, monitor payer health metrics, and deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting operational strengths and areas for improvement.
