Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and reside within the western or midwest US, demonstrating a proven track record of successful quota achievement in selling business solutions, particularly health and/or benefits solutions to self-insured employers. Experience working with benefits consultants and health plan account managers is required, along with strong presentation, communication, and self-motivation skills, and the ability to travel 20-25% of the time. Experience in an emerging-growth company and the capability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Vice President will identify and pursue sales opportunities within their assigned territory, executing the sales process and playbook to sell Omada's solutions to employers. This role involves collaborating with strategic partners and health plans on market and account strategies, employing a consultative sales approach to understand prospect needs, and working cooperatively across all levels of the organization to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
