Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and scaling of the Mid-Market Sales team
  • Drive significant market growth and sales targets
  • Collaborate with other leaders to shape and expand product and business strategies
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, nurture leadership, and inspire innovation within the team
  • Mentor, manage, and develop sales professionals to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with sales management and other teams to optimize sales motions in the Mid-Market space
  • Create and enhance outbound activities to drive pipeline growth within the Mid-Market segment
  • Prioritize new and existing leads flow through creative follow-up communications
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent success across all members of the team
  • Reinforce consistent usage and adoption of sales productivity tools such as SFDC and Gong
  • Explore new AI-powered sales enablement tools and leverage data and AI-driven insights to inform judgment
  • Foster a customer-centric, consultative approach with customers to ensure a best-in-class experience from start to finish
