Candidates must have 7+ years of strategic security sales experience, specifically selling into Fortune Level Organizations and targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs). Experience with early-stage startups or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills, a proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals, success selling to G2K companies with new logo acquisition, and experience selling through a channel motion are required. Familiarity with creating demand in a territory, selling un-budgeted solutions, and a background using MEDDIC are also necessary. The position requires living locally to Sweden and a track record of successful sales within the region.
The Regional Sales Manager will develop a business plan to exceed sales goals, manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and help customers understand Cribl's value proposition. They will articulate the company's value proposition to all levels within organizations, from engineers to C-suite executives, and provide predictable forecasting while hitting sales targets. Occasional duties outside standard working hours may be required due to the remote-first nature of the company and global time zones.

The company offers two main products: Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge.
