Strategic Regional Sales Manager - Southern California (Remote)

Position Overview

Cribl is a rapidly growing, remote-first company that provides the data engine for IT and Security. We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strategic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is based in Southern California and requires a candidate with a proven track record of successfully selling into the region. You will be responsible for articulating Cribl's value proposition, executing proven sales processes, and putting customers first.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Ensure predictable forecasting and meet sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first, global nature of the company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations.
  • Experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing new logos from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must live local to the Southern California territory.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 (dependent on geographic location and candidate qualifications).
  • Commission/Incentive Plan: Total compensation includes a performance-based plan.
