Proven success in designing and implementing direct sales strategies to drive growth and increase adoption of services is required, as is the ability to identify and act on changes in healthcare policy, market access, and reimbursement. Strong relationship-building skills with key accounts, healthcare systems, and executive-level decision-makers are necessary, along with experience in high-stakes negotiations and contract outcomes. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills are crucial, with a strong track record of managing complex sales cycles, driving team accountability, and ensuring timely execution.

They will collaborate with Marketing to execute regional demand generation, physician engagement, and local market development strategies. They will oversee day-to-day operations of the regional team with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment and collaboration with cross-functional partners across the organization.
