Candidates must have a proven successful track record selling high technology products to Public Sector organizations, with the ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level. Experience selling technically complex solutions, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to create and deliver value propositions are essential. The role requires the ability to identify and influence key decision makers, succeed in a quota-driven sales environment, and possess native fluency and business-level English. Salesforce.com experience, capability to close solutions and services opportunities from £1M and above, familiarity with formal sales training methodologies, and a sales track record in the IT security industry are considered bonuses. Strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership, and accountability qualities are required.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving large and complex business opportunities within strategic clients and growing existing client relationships within the Public Sector, positioning CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice. They will meet and exceed individual sales quotas by driving the sales cycle to success, meeting client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals. Responsibilities include building a successful pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels, networking within client businesses, influencing key decision makers, acting as a CrowdStrike ambassador, articulating and promoting the company's value proposition, preparing detailed account development plans, leading virtual teams to drive and close opportunities, and accurately forecasting business objectives and outcomes.
