Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years leading sales teams and 8 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record in closing seven-figure deals. Experience navigating complex, long sales cycles and building relationships with C-level executives is essential. Candidates must be located in India and possess experience with ROI and cost modeling. Familiarity with technical applications, OSS, visualization, application performance management, or cloud-based tooling, as well as MEDDPICC expertise, are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will lead and grow a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives in India, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, and collaborating with Solution Engineering, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales Development. The role involves establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, managing business based on data for productivity gains, guiding the team through a consultative sales approach, building annual sales plans, assisting sales representatives in closing deals, conducting regular business reviews for iterative improvements, and developing long-term strategic relationships with key customer contacts.
