The Regional Sales Director will lead, develop, and grow Digital Native Sales teams in the Northeast and Central regions, driving a high-performance culture to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include managing Account Executives, ensuring team quotas are met, recruiting and training staff, setting KPI objectives, coaching through deal inspection reviews, ensuring effective tool usage, analyzing data, making process improvement recommendations, and creating and iterating on sales strategy.
