Requirements

Candidates must possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have over 25 years of experience. Responsibilities

The Regional Head will be responsible for the profit and loss of the region, client management, business development, and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. They will oversee project delivery within scope and timescale, provide support for projects managed by others, and ensure budgets are well-managed. Responsibilities include vetting development strategies, conducting troubleshooting reviews, delivering project aims and objectives, chairing monthly client meetings, planning safety and quality audits, creating a positive employee development climate, providing feedback to management, and ensuring proper project sign-off and handover.
