Position Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a dynamic Regional Alliances Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, building, and implementing a successful channel strategy focused on Distribution, VAR, Reseller, and Referral partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing partner relationships, identifying and onboarding new partners, and driving significant growth in partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve target revenues and objectives for the year.
  • Drive partner revenue growth through strategic planning and execution with key alliance partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
  • Proactively maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments, to ensure partner success.
  • Develop and implement a technical enablement strategy aligned with the territory's channel sales strategy.
  • Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on the design and execution of marketing programs, events, and campaigns to generate interest and awareness among partners' customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, objectives, value proposition, and competition.
  • Travel across assigned ASEAN countries as required by business needs.
  • Undertake other assigned projects and duties.

What You’ll Need

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in channel sales within a software/SaaS B2B environment, with consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities coupled with a hunter mentality, demonstrating initiative and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Experience in new partner development and established relationships with decision-makers within the Channel.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with partners at all levels, from sales representatives to C-level executives and business owners.
  • A motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership qualities, adept at multitasking and working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Previous channel sales experience in the information security space is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of a broad range of security and networking technologies is preferred.
