Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in channel sales, demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups, and proven experience developing a high-performing Channels strategy. Experience selling SaaS and/or open source technology is a plus, along with experience in a consultative sales approach focused on maintaining high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and evolving the partner go-to-market strategy in the Southeast region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership. Key tasks include owning partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration activities, leading partner identification and development efforts, establishing strong executive relationships, managing the partner pipeline and revenue commitments, and working across Grafana Labs to provide input on message alignment and operational coordination. They will also develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions, and brand awareness initiatives, acting as a trailblazer to shape the role and strategy within a rapidly growing company.
