  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
  • Ability to train and onboard teams effectively, delivering impactful enablement programs
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SAA leadership to define and implement Go-To Market (GTM) enablement strategies for regional accounts, ensuring consistent execution across multiple markets while tailoring initiatives to meet the unique needs of multi-country accounts
  • Act as a liaison between strategic account management teams, functional stakeholders, and country-level teams to drive seamless execution of cross-border commercial initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of standardized sales processes and methodologies in managing cross-border accounts, in alignment with corporate commercial functions and the Innovation & Operational Excellence (IOe) unit
  • Support the Innovation & Operational Excellence (IOe) unit on the rollout of tools, resources, and enablement content for regional account management, including training materials for new product or service launches
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Medtronic’s footprint in cross-border accounts and work with internal teams to capitalize on them
  • Facilitate onboarding for new team members managing or involved in cross-border accounts, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with team objectives
  • Organize and facilitate regional team meetings, operational reviews, and enablement sessions to align objectives and monitor progress
  • Ensure adherence to commercial guidelines, tools, and processes to maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all operating countries
