Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks, promote teamwork, respond to common inquiries, travel overnight up to 50% of the time, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and work in typical poultry industry animal environments.
The Regional Account Manager is the primary representative for Zoetis Poultry products in the specified region, responsible for achieving annual revenue and margin targets while managing new business growth and customer retention. This role involves promoting and supporting the sales of Zoetis products and services, managing corporate-level communication with customers, developing account plans, and coordinating Zoetis activities within assigned accounts. The manager must maintain a working knowledge of customer locations, initiate regular communication with internal Zoetis groups, build an industry network, and prepare reports for management. Additionally, the position focuses on building customer loyalty by developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, providing feedback for marketing plans, utilizing the CRM tool for account management, and forecasting monthly needs based on account changes.
