Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of selling or commensurate experience, along with the ability to interface with executive-level customers and strong oral and written communication skills, including persuasive presentation skills. They should also demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, possess a strong understanding of the healthcare environment, and exhibit constructive and decisive teamwork skills.
The Regional Account Manager will conduct consultative selling business meetings with targeted customer call points, facilitate decision-making with Executive level customers, create innovative solutions, interface with key account executives and clinical stakeholders, secure favorable agreements to incorporate Juven into wound care protocols, build and maintain relationships with C-Suite and key clinical stakeholders, coordinate communication among FSF, engage with customers and key opinion leaders, leverage promotional and non-promotional materials to communicate messaging, and understand and deliver healthcare landscape information to customers and external key opinion leaders.
