Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within the medical device or robotics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive sales.
As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads within prioritized accounts, conducting discovery conversations, booking meetings, and adding opportunities to the sales funnel. You will also coordinate clinical validation events, secure physician participation, collaborate with the Key Account Manager and clinical sales team, and support site validation activities, all while participating in regular training and development to advance toward full Key Account Manager responsibilities.
