Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 1-3 years focused on selling capital or medical devices to the C-Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong organizational skills and familiarity with managing a sales pipeline using a CRM. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also necessary, as is experience selling a highly technical disruptive medical technology, particularly within pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures. Experience in early-stage/startup commercial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the Northern Florida / Georgia region, involving frequent travel to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. They will achieve annual sales goals, develop clinical and executive champions, build and close the capital pipeline, drive market awareness, manage the hospital sales process, facilitate customer handoffs, contribute to a collaborative culture, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Additionally, they will maintain up-to-date information on opportunities and accounts using Salesforce CRM.
