Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales goals within a designated territory.
  • Utilize provided tools and training to accelerate sales.
  • Develop clinical champions aligned with the Galaxy system's clinical value propositions.
  • Develop executive champions aligned with the strategic and economic value propositions of the Galaxy system.
  • Build and close the capital pipeline through consistent execution of the Noah Medical sales process.
  • Drive market awareness and generate demand for the Galaxy System.
  • Manage and accelerate the complex hospital sales process.
  • Facilitate the post-installation customer handoff to the clinical sales team.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, Field Service).
  • Develop and partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to reinforce the Galaxy system’s value.
  • Maintain up-to-date information for opportunities and accounts using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience.
  • Capital/Medical Device Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices into the C-Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity managing a sales pipeline with the aid of a CRM.
  • Travel: Comfort traveling approximately 70% of the time – Northern Florida / Georgia area.
  • Driver’s License: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a successful driving record check.
  • Technical Product Experience: Experience selling a highly technical, disruptive medical technology.
  • Procedure Knowledge: Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures and call points.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Experience differentiating a technical product in a highly competitive environment.
  • Sales Management Experience: Experience with sales management.
  • Startup Experience: Experience in early-stage/startup commercial environments.
