As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Cardiovascular Program Managers, Territory Business Managers, and Associate Reps to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will develop and implement regional business plans, assist team members with business planning, understand regional business dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales and expand market share. Additionally, you will focus on building relationships with surgeons and nurses, providing solutions to meet their needs, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
