Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for 2+ years in a Recruiting Operations Manager role within a startup or growing tech company. Experience managing people is required, along with extensive ATS experience, including optimization and implementations. Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, a self-starter mentality, strong work ethic, ownership of work, and experience developing internal trainings are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Operations Manager will lead a team to develop an Operational Center of Excellence within the recruiting team, reporting to the Head of Talent. Responsibilities include analyzing and implementing strategies for standardized interviewing, leveraging market intelligence to enhance recruiting efforts, and using data to identify process improvements and training opportunities. This role involves driving effective hiring programs, partnering with the People Team and Finance on headcount planning, and optimizing the efficiency and adoption of recruitment processes and workflows. The manager will also partner with recruiting leadership on enablement, collaborate with marketing on employee branding, lead and develop Recruiting Ops team members, and support scaling recruiting operations by creating communication channels for senior leadership transparency.
