Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least one year of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS is required, along with proficiency in Google Suite and Excel. Strong writing and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Experience working independently in a remote environment and living in the eastern or central time zone are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Assistant will manage a high volume of candidate interview scheduling, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to confirm interview times, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role involves partnering with Technology and Product teams for a seamless recruiting process, assisting Recruiters with posting positions and managing candidate pipelines, and providing administrative support. The position also requires flexibility for ad-hoc projects and contributing to broader company initiatives like D&I efforts and culture initiatives.
