Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, scorecards, define search strategies, and guide structured, inclusive interview processes
  • Conduct screening calls, deep-dive interviews, and manage candidate pipelines with intention and care
  • Design and iterate on tools, templates, and workflows that scale hiring with clarity and efficiency
  • Build a diverse and engaged candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, creative outreach, and brand storytelling
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics and translate data into insights that optimize pass-through rates and reduce time-to-fill
  • Champion a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our values and aesthetic
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of People and cross-functional teams on projects tied to org design and internal mobility
  • Infuse every stage of the hiring process with thoughtful communication and brand alignment
  • Create and own our employee branding for our website, job boards, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc
