As a Provider Sales Associate, the primary responsibility is to scale Headway’s community of therapists and psychiatrists across the country, increasing access to quality mental healthcare. This involves managing a full-cycle sales motion, serving as the first point of contact for prospective providers, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate sales insights into product and process improvements. The role also entails a scientific approach to growth, experimenting with various tactics, and analyzing results to optimize lead generation and sales efforts, ultimately supporting Headway’s mission of accessible mental healthcare.
