Licensed Mental Health Therapist - (Remote)

Candidates must possess an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy, such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC, and demonstrate experience in evidence-based modalities of care including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT. They should also be comfortable with technology and telehealth, and able to maintain a caseload of up to 30 sessions per week, while being willing to respond to critical incidents and clinical crises.
As a full-time mental health provider, the individual will focus on delivering mental health counseling sessions, conducting clinical risk assessments, completing required training and attending team meetings, following company policies, utilizing data-driven decision making and measurement-based care, and reviewing client metrics and clinical outcomes to monitor quality of care. They will also provide safety planning and intervention when necessary, and maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
