Responsibilities

  • Assist with operations in assigned location managing a specific portfolio of properties
  • Manage an efficient, high-quality team, ensuring training, effectiveness, and adherence to Vacasa policies/procedures
  • Support team with escalated guest/homeowner concerns via emails, calls, tickets
  • Develop relationships with property owners through proactive communication and expertise on properties
  • Perform light home maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, door hinges, unclog toilets)
  • Conduct regular inspections before guest/owner arrivals
  • Meet/maintain Vacasa standards/metrics (NPS, unit appearance, efficiency)
  • Manage portfolio budget, adhering to annual costs and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Resolve escalated guest/homeowner concerns via emails, calls, tickets
  • Partner with Business Development Representative for new units
  • Maintain open, collaborative relationships with regional team and upper management
  • Provide cross-coverage for manager/peers as needed
  • Maintain homes and housekeeping (deep cleaning, organizing, stocking amenities)
  • Correspond with local and central management teams
