This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Operations, and Product teams to align messaging and assets, monitoring promotional placements for clarity and effectiveness, and using performance data to refine strategies. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, supporting merchandising requests, and participating in QA workflows, issue escalation, and competitor tracking.
